Thier AAU team didn't play in regions this past year just went straight to the state tourney and beat some really good teams. this was the first time they had even won a game in the tournament. they play really well together and with what the jv has coming back they should be good. varsity might be down this year but in the next three years they should be really strong if everyone stay out

I hope this game ends up being as good as most people think it is going to be. The teams have very different styles, so like someone else stated, it should come down to who can impose their will on the other team.

abingdon has won the wachovia cup like 14 out of the last 15 years for AA schools

the southwest may get abingdon in football but abingdon has the adavantage in just about every other sport.....period!

abingdon jv should have won their district but didnt show up for 2 games.....but as for the area, they were the best!

Abingdon will be LOADED next year! return everybody but 2 along with a couple of strong jv players from last year!

you got to go with adam cause he knows all the plays and derek hasnt played since he was a freshman.......no varsity experience! thats bad, especially when your a senior and going to try to be QB!
