Marcum would not have made a difference in that game. Haysi's defense is for real. There has not been any back to do anything agaisnt that defense. They held Justice from hurley to 50 yards and if im not mistaken he is the SWVA leading rusher if not close to it. I think Haysi will win that Division 2 this year. I think their front four on defense are the best around. So it dont matter who is running the ball.....Good luck to the tigers

That wont happen because Rye Cove is a deadlock on the 4th spot because they won the cumberland.....If Pound jumps anybody it would be hurley and it would knock them out of the playoffs because I still think Appy will end up with more points

Appy got as many points by losing to PV than Hurley did by beating TV........plus Pound, St Paul, Rye Cove and JJ kelly won fiday which give appy 4 more points and nobody that hurley beat won friday.......I hope its wrong but thats what it looks like

Where in that post did I put donw single a teams. Haysi, Honaker are the best in area besides richlands in my opinion. Also clintwood, gate city, appalachia, and powell valley would proabably beat anybody in the SWD besides Richlands. All I was saying was Hurley plays schools their size. nobody was saying anythin when hurley was getting beat by those schools, but now when they are winning its "their not playing anybody." We will try to get Graham ,richlands, and Gate City on the schedule next year.....

Mr. redneckman you got a lot of balls too on here talking that smack. Hurley is only playing the teams on their schedule. They are playing schools their size. I guarantee you it wont be as bad as the Haysi game. Yeah we got beat by a much better football team. They would beat us anyday of the week. personally, i think tehy are the best team in division 2 this year. They will see Honaker again and I think the outcome will be different. Be mature and dont get on here and criticize a team for winning 7 ballgames. The kids didnt make the schedule.

Lest go talk about grundy now since hurley got beat......Yeah Huley took a beaten byt i thing Grundy has took about 50 or 6 beatdowns this year, and bad ones at that. Talk abut us playing a weak schedule...Grundy gets beat down by a single A team in Clintwood, and people wants to say Hurley has not played anyone. I guess reason they cant win is because their not scheduling these KY teams. Oh yeah i forgot they got Shelby Valley. Dont try to question Hurley's dicipline. The coaches will take care of that. So a kid needs to be kicked off the team for throwing his helmet huh? One mistake take this kids season away i guess. Its probably the only reason the kid is in school. Take this away and where would he be. Walk a mile in someones else shoes before you make this kind of statement.

Hey bballer looks like you need to stick with basketball because you know nothing about football. You embarass Hurley as a coummunity when you get on her and talk crap like that. I am from hurley myself and its a shame that you would get on her and post anything about Haysi. Colley is the best coach that the BDD has ever seen and he just had hurley off balace all night. Yeah we were definately outcoached bigtime. I didnt want to lose either but you have to give Haysi respect, they whipped us good. Another thing Colley did not run it up, he could have put 60 on the board if he wanted too. When Nathan went out we had no other source of offense but shane and they keyed on him all night. How can you say the coaches were trying to get his numbers up. Hurley was just trying to get a play out of their playmaker. The passing game was doing all right until nathan went out, then we had no othe threat to go too but childress and he wasnt healthy. Quit talking trash and making hurley look bad. Because he was a retun man on the second kickoff return team. He was our starting CB but he didnt play any defense after halftime. Hurley only has 22 players. He got hurt on a kickoff return. The starter were out of the gamewith 8 minutes left in the 3rd quarter when it was 52-0.

How can you say Hurley will get a chance to put their second string in. We are not that good yet. Rye Cove is on a whole other level than Twin Valley. We have not playe aginst a team as good as Rye Cove yet. Dont count your chickens. You cant go bys scores. Yes Rye cove is about 40 or 50 points better than Twin Valley. Thsts the reason Castlewood got whipped by Rye cove. You will see ten in the playoffs

I know that Rye Cove beat castlewood easily but they are a very good football team. They took Haysi into overtime. This castlewood team will be a good test for Hurley. It wont be easy. Dont be overconfident. I am from Hurley nd i have seen castlewood play. It will be a good game. Castlewood has a pretty stout defense. It will be their toughes game yet i think. They are about the same as Big Creek. Dont take no team for granted.
