So every time that grundy wrestles someone with a transfer thats good they aren't getting a fair shot? Really. You guys have one of the best training facilities I have ever seen and couple of good coaches every time you step on the mat you have a fair shot. Some schools don't even have wrestling rooms at all and you are worried about a fair shot. You are really running this 100% crap in the ground most wrestlers could care less where his competition is from if he is worried about that then he probably shouldn't be on the mat to begin with.

What I am really going to enjoy next year at states is watching Manassas Park hand you your ass. Wonder how many of those kids are transfers? Don't forget your home grown shirts next year.

I never said that we didn't have transfers here. That home grown t shirt was pretty classy good old B.D. took it off his own back to give the state champs to wear on the medal stand. He also wore it in the walk of champs and stopped in front of the cburg crowd and pointed to it looking like a circus clown real classy.

A wrestler should have a mind set that he can beat anyone when he steps on the mat it shouldn't matter if they are from another state or another country. If you really want to get technical about it we are all transfers from somewhere none of our ancestors were from this country to begin with unless they were Indians. If a parent wants to pick up there entire life and move it to better their sons ability as wrestler thats their business because as much as you want to believe it there are no promises of jobs or housing to me that takes some guts.The reason some outstanding wrestlers come here is because they want to wrestle for a team thats goes to the best tourneys so they can get their abilities noticed and to get the best training possible. Have you ever noticed that when Christiansburg goes to a tourney like the iron man or beast of the east they dont blow every one away like they do if they if they wrestle local stuff thats because their local opponet's don't have any where near the same schedule as the Demons.

Funny how you turned a basketball post into a wrestling post. The administrator should know better.There is know reason a single a wrestler cant train his butt off and beat anyone no matter where they are from or how many students their school has.

Lance I really hate to think that you are this ignorant. If you want to believe that the basketball team threw that game you go ahead. Everyone but you knows different. I agree their are some kids on the wrestling team that are from out of state. That dosen't mean they don't have to work hard. The size of a school has nothing to do with wrestling maybe in a sport like football where you have second and third strings.

Nobody made any claims of greatness. Sports at Christiansburg have not always been as good as they are now everything goes in cycles. Now that we have some awesome coaches in coach Cromer for football coach Good for basketball these guys no how to win. Now that we are winning some everyone thinks we are cheating,unethical, blah, blah, whatever. Bottom line lance your problem is with the wrestling program. I guess whoever dresser would have picked to coach for you would have pissed at them to . He could have picked anywhere in the country to coach I don't know why he picked here but don't hate the entire town because of it.

Why can't all the hometown boys beat the wrestlers from Cburg they can train just like anybody. Why cant grundy quit worrying about where someone is from it has nothing to do with a persons ability.If you want to beat Christiansburg work harder it's simple that goes for anyone. It's ok next year you will dominate single A and everyone in grundy will be happy again. Maybe next next year grundy fans can shoot the bird to everyone in manasas park at the finals. No they don't just randomly show up . They want to come here so they can wrestle a national schedule so they can become better wrestler's. You guys act like all the guys here are from out of state wich is not true. It dosent matter where they are from they still bust their ass EVERYDAY! to become the best wrestlers around. Who's to say some grundy wrestlers cant be the incoming class for tech just depends on how bad they want it. Just showing up in cburg doesn't make you automatic state champ you still have to earn it.
