PH beat the Cavs? From what I hear our JV beat PH 40-0 and most of our good players are playing varsity. As much as I hate to say it, Abingdon wins this one Friday night. I hate saying that and I know FM and SB will love that prediction but I just can't put faith in PH.

I personally think George Wythe is probably the best team. I know I'm showing my Hogoheegee bias here but I did hear they took it to Richlands in a scrimmage.

I have heard it all now. It is ashame that you two dirty birds reside in this county. Southbound I wouldn't say that you guys are a powerhouse and will win Friday. I agree that PH is not any good but for once I sure wish they would be so we could watch you blame the loss on a long bus ride. :)

Now as far as your schedule, I am sure you still play Richlands so thats a loss. I hate PH but have to agree with Face in the crowd on this one. The same thing was Holston's problem with Mike Williams. Williams had unbelievable talent but didn't know how to coach it. I'm just glad Coach Matlock is with us. I hate to tell you Face, Palmer will continue that bad coaching history there. Sorry

He will wish he did get that job instead of the PH job. Simply put, PH is not a football school. They use to always beat us in it, but Matlock has put a stop to that. Word over here is the new AD is all about baseball and wants the athletes to concentrate on baseball year round. That won't help the football process at all. Palmer is in deeper than he thinks.

Pound has had athletes but poor coaching, again thats why i'm critical of the hire at ph, just don't know how much coaching goes on over there, but they did try to get Mcpherson first so I cant be too critical. Think Mcpherson just didn't see a future there.

I wish you luck @ PH. They need all the help they can get. Lets just say they struggle in all boy sports including basketball.
