I heard that they only have like 30 kids dressing and they are horrible Richlands should pull the starters by half way through the second quater then 9th and 10th graders should play good luck and enjoy the game. also look for alot of flags from our friends tonight so the game does not get to far out of hand. Richlands could put up tripple digets on them if they choose i'm talking 100. lets give the zebras a break tonight we will need there help later on down the line.

First off Honaker does have a solid football team. I know these kids has played Richlands kids for years now through the midget league program in Richlands. That is the reason Honaker's football program is on the up rise. They allways have a solid bunch of kids. As far as Richlands has not fielded a team from Richlands in years i beg to differ pal all the kids you see on the the field is from Richlands. Other than Mike Comptons son every kid has been in a Richlands School for at least Three Years so they are Richlands kids, also Mike compton played football at Richlands high School. If you don't believe me his number is retired from Richlands and he was number 77. lineman strong does not know as much as he thinks he does if Honaker was not playing in the Richlands midget league they would not be as good as they are, Honaker has been playing in the feeder program for Richlands High School i believe this program and the coaching staff at Richlands High School and the hard work of our kids is why Richlands has had the success they have had.As long as Honaker stays in the feeder program at Richlands they will field a solid high school team. With that being said both school owes each other for the success they are having form each other playing them at a smaller level. No matter how linemenstrong tries to spin it these two teams have more in common than people think. Honaker has my respect and i'm sure Honaker has Richlands respect and Richlands has Honaker Respect. I look forward to the game next fridayit will be a good game for both teams Honaker will see what they will face come playoff time. As for the d1 players i love to see any kid from southwestern virginia go on to play ball at the next level all of them.

first off congrats on the win at the little league level. Here in Richlands we measure success at the varsity level. I heard that your running back at that level was pettery good. He will look real good in a Richlands uniform since we recuit players. lol Also i wouldn't put to much stock into what happens at the 8th grade level the 1992 d4 AA state champions did not win a game in 8th grade and did not lose a game their senior season. btw they was from Richlands.Also the way i look at it is even if this team does have success and i hope they do at the varsity level you still have four and i repeat four more years of enduring the big blue tornado.Notice we like to repeat things in Richlands like championships and beating abingdon. btw when was the last time Richlands lost to abdingdon at the varsity level in football.

that section of seats in the stadium is the quietest section in the house. Seems like season tickets holders would cheer a little louder.

In the 90's Richlands was D4 in 1992 Richlands won the D4 state championship.

first off coach mance is a class act. second he will not overlook graham nor will he let his players either. richlands will win tonight but i dont think it will be by 40,this team is not built that way it is a more run than pass. personnaly i don't like that everybody thinks that just because a team is from up north that they are better than the talent that richlands faces every week right here in swva. bring on p.c. i look forward to the challenge. personnaly don't think p.c. is any better than the union team we faced last week. As long as richlands holds on to the rock we will be fine against p.c.. The blues will be ready for graham tonight then we will set our sites on p.c. take one game at a time.
