They only lost one game in the playoffs and that was game 1 of the ALCS. Red Sox break losing drought in 2004. White Sox break losing drought in 2005. Can you say Cubbies in 2006? May Shoeless Joe's good name be restored and there be no references to Black Sox ever again. And may the Dodgers have sense enough to hire Hershiser and get rid of DePodesta. beano5 14 Report Share Posted October 27, 2005 in my opinoin Joe Crede should have been MVP straight up....he was doing OK at the plate but had a GREAT defensive role in the series....i saw him make one mistake but it was a hard hit ball and most people would have missed it....
