If the Region III champ makes it to the state title game, that team would be close to a prohibitive favorite (the fact that it would be close to a "home" game in Lynchburg probably has a little to do with that). Â Otherwise, Richlands matches up pretty well against potential opponents from the other two areas. Not saying that someone from Region II or Region I couldn't beat the Blues. It's just that Richlands would be a strong favorite in the title game. Â Altogether different story in Division 4.
