FatBoy 10 Report Share Posted October 4, 2006 This oughta be one heck of a game Friday night; especially after The Whurley 'birds beat the Castlewoodys something like 129 to 0 last year. Former Golden Wave teammates Tester and Scammel can finally wage war on the gridiron rather than over the same girlfriend. Anybody looking for a slaughter of the Rebels worster than Gettysburg ? olewave 44 Report Share Posted October 4, 2006 Do not sell them hurley boys short. When their backs are against the cliff, they have been known to put up a pretty good fight.
hhstigerfan 12 Report Share Posted October 4, 2006 Castlewood will slaughter Hurley. They've beaten way better teams than Hurley thus far this season.
olewave 44 Report Share Posted October 4, 2006 Be careful, the castlewoodies have not had to trek across rock house mountain, strange things have happen to better teams that have ventured to the cliff.

VTFAN 10 Report Share Posted October 4, 2006 Is that why Grundy always wanted to pay Hurley to come over there and play instead of at the cliff.....Or they just too good to play at the cliff.....
olewave 44 Report Share Posted October 4, 2006 No, because your principal saw dollar signs. Grundy made more and hurley made more than if they played it at home.
hurley11 19 Report Share Posted October 5, 2006 What are ya trying to say? That Grundy can make more gate money than Hurley? Sounds like your principal saw dollar signs instead of ours. Every time Hurley played grundy at the Cliff Grundy wanted to pay Hurley to come over there and play.
olewave 44 Report Share Posted October 5, 2006 When you have played at the penthouse, why play at the outhouse?
oldwave 10 Report Share Posted October 5, 2006 Castlewood may get upset this week if Hurley gets the same refs Grundy had last week. According to Kevin Sauders, and not taking anything away from Grundy, they really played their hearts out. The refs cost Kevin Saunders his perfect season. They really believe in HOME COOKING. Saunders has reported this crew to the VHSL, hoping he can get another win on his record off the field instead of on the field.
olewave 44 Report Share Posted October 5, 2006 May not be an upset, hurley believes they are the one to beat.

A.Saunders is a complete idiot and legend in "his own mind" B.He lost a game that he tried to forfeit back in the winter so who gives a crap what he thinks, says, or does... oldwave 10 Report Share Posted October 5, 2006 Rumor has it that Tester is trying to get the legend Dale Cox to help coach. If he goes, Hurley will probably contend for a state title next year.
olewave 44 Report Share Posted October 5, 2006 "The Legend" as he would rather be refered as. Show some respect to the only undefeated little league and middle school coach in the last 15 years.

tullyblanchard 10 Report Share Posted October 5, 2006 Heard Dale didn't have anything to do wresting anymore. He was focusing on a little league football national championship. Tass Robertson took his spot with the wrestling program. That's why they've went down hill.
