You obviously know the answer to that question or you wouldn't have asked it. I have nothing against Briscoe at all....but I think his chances here have come and gone. Briscoe had more fire in him this year than all our other coaches combined. That man WANTS to win....can't say that for our others. He wasn't here long enough this year for me to make my determination (whatever thats worth...lol) on his coaching ability (positional wise) but he definitely wanted to win. Anytime a team is losing to the third ranked team in the state by 3 points with 50 seconds left in the half and you have the best kicker in the state...well, you do your best to at least set up a field goal try. I would love to have someone that would put the best 11 on the field in the right spots. I would like for him to have a little fire in his belly. I would also like him to set up an offense that is best for what type of players he has. We have also heard that he is leaving ( for 5 yrs now). doubt it. Perhaps you use another recruiting service. I kindly ask for a citation to this, so that I may take good heart that our fair region has produced such a talent. He's a solid D-1 prospect.
