bucfan64 307 Report Share Posted November 12, 2012 Personalized tags anyone? The DMV can no longer "interpret" your meaning and ban certain personal tags. Two Appalachia School of Law students recently won this case, interesting. http://wtvr.com/2012/11/09/judge-to-dmv-give-back-veterans-vanity-plates-or-come-up-with-a-better-reason-to-keep-them/#ooid=h0cjN0NjqBTTis-etlb580UEQfHEiCYH

Deleted Account 5,203 Report Share Posted November 12, 2012 Good for ASL, and good for that citizen for standing up and fighting. Virginia's DMV, for a long time, has been much too restrictive about plates. I knew a fellow who had the license plate "MADDOG" revoked because some nuisance saw what it spelled backward and complained.
