Process began last November. Pretty funny story and situation actually. Wythe County had the 90,000 sq ft Appalachian Regional Exposition Center (APEX) built a few years ago to host a variety of activities. Concerts, Rodeo, Motocross, Outlaw races, Flea Markets, Gun Shows, etc. Then abruptly decided to lease the facility to an outside vendor when the county came under fire for the overall cost of the APEX center.
