Giles' defense would have to be second behind Richlands. Using 1 common opponent, Graham couldnt handle Blacksburg, Giles could. James Monroe D was tough as well.

So you're saying that if Richlands starting def would have played the entire game they would have given up more points?

I thought,,,that you just took the total number of points given up and divided by the number of games played, reguardless of the defensive unit. I am sure you could play with the numbers, but the starting defense for Richlands gave up less, than the total number of points given up this year...ok nevermind I am confusing myself haha
