If he is Tynes' cousin then we know he has potential. I dont know how his grades are. Who does bluefield have to replace Williams and Pannel? Bluefield_Rules 46 Report Share Posted March 26, 2004 Allen Carter (6'1", 265 and still growing), a rising sophomore, will most likely fill in one of the holes vacated by Williams and Pannell. Carter, as a freshman this year, played extremely well and scored a couple of TDs on offense playing FB. We have some other decent sized kids coming up as well. If all this is true about Tynes' supposed cousin then I would imagine he could certainly fill-in nicely next season in the other opening on the line.
