This game will be a slugfest, and I see Manassas Park just a little overwhelming, 34-27. J.I. Burton will win, 31-18. Bring two back for the homeland! hardtrail 10 Report Share Posted December 9, 2004 Burton/Franklin, Ive heard the School size brought up, as if it matters! Even if Franklin has twice as many enrolled in School, how many went out for football, how many are good, how many seniors? Only 11 players per team can take the field in any given quarter. So, this is not a question of how many, but who can take it to the endzone enough to make the scoreboard rise in numbers. I know little of Franklin and I'll take a tose on that game. Powell Valley/Manassas Park, Two Power houses with Manassas coming off on a no loss season. And yes, PV has only 1 loss, but I lean toward a team with Power-House runners that can push their way into a State Title win. AA, Division 4 - Salem over Harrisonburg AA, Division 3 - Gretna over Poquoson A, Division 2 - Manassas Park over Powell Valley A, Division 1 - Franklin over J.I.
