I am not sure. Sullins Academy in Bristol could become something special. All the kids from Abingdon plus the best from John Battle andVHS. I have heard the QB from Abingdon had the chance to play for Colligate in Richmond but passed due to distance. Sullins would work, and they already have money.

We do play GC. Dropped Chilhowie, Happy Valley, and Volunteer. Picked up Blacksburg, Christiansburg, and Graham.

Abingdon lost some good players. The group that will be juniors this year are the group that a lot of us have been waiting on.

Yes. We are coming to Bluefield this year. We also picked up Chistiansburg and Blacksburg to get a feel (good or bad) to playing other 3 A schools during regular season

I have heard he might be playing some line next year. He has grown a little bit since you all saw him last. Should be about 6'3" and 205-215 by the next time you see that kid. He would make a great long snapper. One of the ones that did not play BB to get bigger and faster. I had to give him a ride the other day because he will not be old enough to drive till February. Just think how good he might be if he were at GC, that is a heck of an 8 th grader

Yeah yeah yeah.... The group that went undefeated and mainly uncontested for 2 straight years will be JR's next year. Razor go back and check those box scores and stats on the Buzzards. Sophomores throwing sophomores catching sophomores making tackles. No offense to Big O but a whole lot of people know what is loaded in the chamber here in A-town. Wish you guys would have won state because we could at least say we beat a state champion Funny thing with the little success we had this year. A lot of good athletes are not playing BB. They are already back in the weight room. We will be bigger, stronger, and faster next year. I think they are tired of sitting at the kids table during Thanksgiving, thinking they should still be playing. Time will tell. Ryan- Please keep us up to date on your recruiting this season. Heard there were a couple 4 stars in Hurley but you better get before Ridgeview Razor- I know you were probably hoping for falconman or southy but you will have to settle for me right now. I am finally getting over Broadway. I have been watching the board but not had much to add. I retract one of my early posts from when I first started. I stated the teams I like and added to that list anyone who plays Richlands. I have met a few people this year that have totally changed my mind about you guys. Best wishes this week. UVA if It was not the truth it would be funny. Parents and people in the community expect that things are being done correctly at the school board and board of supervisors. Washington county is a joke. PH, Battle, Holston, and Abingdon have been under a piece of sh17 superintendent for years. This the decline of athletics In the county. From good sources I have heard he would be in Richmond wanting all athletics to be inter mural and that he was an educated rather than an entertainer. No one knew what a low life piece of sh1t he was. They were hiring bad coaches on purpose. A few snuck in Palmer, wright, Matlock... New super seems to get it. Wish him well. By the way., the birds will leave A-town at 9 am Friday. I will be quietly waiting on a police escort from the school to the interstate. Bet it does not happen. That is the difference in Abingdon and all of the good programs. No one gives money unless their kid is involved and that turns into a pay to play. Please come together as a community. This is sad to watch. People need to man up financially and help these kids. Flood the office with calls of I have$25 or $500 to spend and we want to help these kids.
