All seems well. Kids look like they are on a mission. They would much like to continue to take teams coming in as underdogs or flukes. They seem to enjoy that. I beats blowing smoke & beating your chest(Tazewell). This is a blue collar blue buzzard team. They will probably be circling around Bristol Friday night. Then back to roost with bits of bearcat in their beaks.

I am just thinking out loud.... Is it coincidence that va high had 6 starters out ( a game they knew they were going to lose GC to be ready for a good Falcon group? I know Blankenship is sick, but low and behold, after losing to Marion and Richlands will he be full speed for the falcons? Conspiracy ? I do listen to Art Bell on my radio at night. I may call coast to coast if we lose these one but I doubt I last 4. Right now aim optimistic twin at VHS, RHS at home win, Tazewell (Blankenship sick not back to 100% on the road) win. Dog fight with Marion but know this is their last year of revalence to this discussion.. Win. Abingdon 9-1. Might miss one but I doubt it. We are going down there on a roll. If these kids were a fluke, Lebanon would have exposed them. They are young but fight. A lot of the kids making a difference are not used for losing. A- town has stepped up their 8th grade and JV coaching a couple years ago. Since then this sophomore group has only lost one game( Gate City) this year. Razor. Go ahead and ask coach Mance what is coming... I have watched him shake his head as thar Falcons have won by two or three touchdowns at that level. Hope some more kids from Florida move. Falcons need to play in dry conditions. When it is not raining they are pretty good. Raining, not so much. It has rained every Friday except for Happy Valley. I would like to see what they are capable of on a nice day. Dry field, dry balls, dry everything. Razor do not start rain dancing too early. We still have to go to Bristol. If they can win down there with similar numbers to what you all did, I think we should have a good game the 24th. Ryan, no moonshine post this Friday, they were lucky to get out of there with a win. Ryan, you are correct in that the competition has been poor. First string only played past 3rd quarter 1 time this year. We all know that was with wet balls and all.. I really do think this young group has some potential. QB not bad and he does not turn 16 until the end of the season. He can't drive yet. Next five weeks will be tough. If they do beat Lebanon and my moonshine connection comes through, I will be calling out the Tornados again Friday night.. Just to give you a heads up

Ryan, how good is this information? Statisticly, what percent of the time are they right? This seems to be a little general(unlike the guys who set spreads for college and pro games). I had a friend play D1 a few years ago and was approached by a guy who was willing to pay him $250 a week to just find out who was hurt and who was fighting with their girlfriend. By fighting I do not mean physically fighting. It is a shame we have to mike that distinction in today's world. Big O, I think they drop Chilhowie instead of Volunteer. Volunteer is not been very good lately but they have about 1250 kids there. I think there are more points to play than Chilhowie
