I'm not saying Abingdon isn't a top 3-5 team in the area, but from what I've heard they're not as good defensively as they are offensively. I think it's wide open on who the best team is in the area truly is. And winning the M7 isn't a lock for Abingdon. Union will reload; Ridgeview will hold their own; Gate City & Battle are going be strong test. Just not sold yet on Abingdon.

You know what, I'm going with the G-Men here. I think this game plays out just like the Appo game did today. Like to see this Graham team at least get that undefeated record to go with this State Championship!

Unfortunately, Riverheads will have their way with GW. If you hold Essex to just 8 with all the athletes they have, then GW will pose no problems at all. Maybe 4-5 TD win for Riverheads.

I know hardly anything about Grayson Co. schools in general, with exception to what I see on here in regard to their athletics, but that guy is on a power trip. He always abusing & overreaching his authority from I understand. He's basically the de facto athletics director.

I've kept up with Essex this season and I can tell ya they have more athletes on the field than a Radford or Appo. I don't think Grundy or GW could keep up with them if they play them in Salem.
