Most recently Floyd, Edwards, Palmer, & Graham have all had interceptions on defense if I’m not mistaken. Edwards has really been a force this season on both sides of the ball.

I don’t believe so but he may have gone in a few times but I don’t recall him playing on D the past few games. I could be mistaken.

Hass is out for the season. Not sure if was playing DB or not. I think Gage Palmer has stepped in for him. Floyd plays hard every play. Edwards is having himself a season!

I’d like to see a 45 yard Nash field goal in the last five seconds to give Graham the win! That would be an exciting end! I don’t give the Graham the advantage in many areas in this game but I do give them the kicking advantage (only because Union folks keep saying they have no kicking game). Last a second field goal might make up a little for that Satterfield TD that spring season. 😂😂😂 I still have reoccurring nightmares from that run, lol!

I said back in the Graham/Union thread from the regular season match up, the loser of that game wins if they meet again in the playoffs. Both have improved since that game. I hope my prediction holds true. 🤞

The team that stepped onto that field today was way different than the one that showed up at Ridgeview last year! They played hard & with heart today! They had a great group of Senior leadership! Congratulations to the Bulldogs on a great season & showing today.

Does this one shake out any different than regular season? I will commend Gate City and Tazewell for making Graham & Union work hard for those wins!

Congratulations to Gate City for a really good season! They came to play and their QB was one of the best we’ve faced in my opinion. He fought hard all night long and is fast! GC won the first half but Graham dominated the second! Clements dug in and earned every yard he was able to get! Edwards , once again great showing! Defense played well probably not the best. Both teams are going to be sore tomorrow! Great night of smash mouth football in pouring rain. So yes, you can actually play football in the rain! 😂 Graham needed a game like this!

I don’t know the penalty yardage for the Lee High game but it seems GMen have cleaned up penalties quite a bit compared to earlier in the season.

I just want to make it out of the woodshed! Gate City will come to play. Graham better be ready!

I would love to see an eventual meeting between Honaker & Fort Chiswell in state semis and Fort Chiswell to pull the win for obvious reasons. Nothing against Tiller but it’d be a little poetic karma if Fort Chiswell could knock them out after him leaving like that. I know the odds are virtually zero of that this match up occurs. I’m not even sure Honaker makes it to the semi’s.Fort Chiswell would take a miracle.

Now that the head coach realized he’s underutilized him, maybe they will use him because I fully expect, they will need him. If Harris thought Graham put pressure on his QB, Union will bring as much maybe more. He better have a plan B.

No, I think he gave up coaching completely due to health issues.

He did go out in Graham game before the half. Someone can correct me but I think he threw 6 for 15ish , 40ish yards, & 3 interceptions before he went out in 2nd Q.

A new coach usually wants to bring in his own people but I guess if he knows upfront & still takes job, no biggie.

Lowe is a stud! He should be getting offers left & right if colleges were paying attention. He’s super fun to watch too!
