I believe defensively, The Wolfpack haven't seen one this tough yet. They appear to have finally evolved and do much better in space. I still believe Chandler would be better suited inside but he does well where he's at. The Bears haven't saw a QB like O'Quinn yet either so it should be interesting.

It's like every other spot, you have some passionate people that care for the right reasons along with turds that care for the wrong reasons. From my experience, the pound kids seemed a bit more humble but it's the same in all counties. That being said, it's a coin toss between battle and central.

It's crazy keeping up with it. All the classifications and schedules outside the region in WV, TN, ky, and virginia. Takes some time, and every time you think you got it you find a game or two you missed. 1D will be honaker as far as i can see but 2-5 will be decided week 10. 2D host will be decided the next few weeks between games with rv, union, gate city, and abingdon, John battle, and lebanon (potential spoilers). Graham only has Pulaski left.

Looking at remaining games, it'll be tough for any team to have played 50% of their schedule against teams .500 or better.

VHS, if they had a little more variety on offense could have very well beaten rv. Vanilla as it gets, but undisciplined on both sides of the ball, blowing assignments. Lee, VHS, and rich moved the ball fairly easy at times.

Seems like that whole stretch around old 58/piedmont region has always been like that. Tons of athletes but a difficult place to stay/ live. When they're good they're great, but when they're bad it's terrible watching it wasted with no direction.

Nobody stays at the top forever, but they won't be down long compared to how long they were the gold standard.

A lot of hype for this game, just because the importance for Power points. Union is a little more battle tested than RV, but still should be a great match-up. O'Quinn will test the limits of the defense being able to scramble and throw in the run, but RV defense is a little suspect the past 2 weeks allowing people to move the ball decently.

Hope so, don't know about the other games before last night but he is a baller.

Wouldn't necessarily be an upset. You have a 2A team learning to be competitive again vs a 1A team that is fundamentally sound and on the way up as well. Could be an exciting game.

Almost got the score right lol. With the current injury bug they've had I can't agree with starters staying in late. Qb got sacked late, potentially bad but walked away. Better game for them, hurricanes team speed not much. Coe looked like he had the frame and ability to be a DE at the next level.

What about Compton? That ship already sailed? He was at Bluefield for a minute but I've lost track.
