Kingsport Times reports "With 2:39 remaining in the third quarter and the score tied at 14, officials ordered both teams and spectators to take shelter. The decision came at 9:34 p.m., and the lightning did not let up. Officials called the game just over an hour later.
At press time, Dobyns-Bennett administrators were awaiting word from the TSSAA on whether the game would be considered a no-contest or a tie. A tie would be Dobyns-Bennett’s first since 1968 and Greeneville’s first since 1972."

You can count on a couple things with this series. 1) It's a fairly even over time with each team winning 5 of the last 10 games and 15 of the last 30 games. 2) Home Field Advantage is real with both teams going 4-1 at home over the past 10 contests.
After playing a solid scrimmage at Honaker, Marion struggled mightily at Rural Retreat (0 comp, 2 INTS, fumble, turnover on downs inside the 5, critical miscues on D). Meanwhile, Chilhowie played decently against Tazewell on both sides of the ball and looked far better than I was expecting. The Warriors run the Spread and have a young, talented QB with an accurate arm and 4-5 fairly speedy backs/receivers. Chilhowie will be motivated to win the first game for their new coach. I hope I'm wrong, but I'm picking Chilhowie at home.

I thought one major issue was the Town of Bluefield, VA decided to purchase Fincastle CC instead.

I hope Graham can construct an on-campus stadium; however, recent double-digit inflation could make this project unfeasible. The proposed 4,500 seat stadium at Graham MS had a cost estimate of $6 million in 2018. Comparable, no-frills stadium projects in Ohio and South Carolina have cost estimates of $9.3 and 10.1 million, respectively.
