On the boys side, Graham and Lebanon are probably the two best teams with Honaker a tic behind. Lebanon split with Graham and swept Honaker although both games were very close. Not sure anyone has anything for Galax or Radford, but I would be surprised if anyone other than these three teams won their respective Region Titles.

Honaker and TS both struggled at times during the regular season but look to be peaking at the right time

Never thought I would see the day when Lebanon is considered a physical team, but I’ve come around to their toughness this year. That was an impressive defensive effort.

TS won- they had one loss, Eastside had two losses Burton 3 losses

These two teams might have the best resumes in 1D…and maybe 2D as well. Lebanon has wins over Va High, Honaker(2), Eastside (2) Union and the one win against Chilhowie. Chilhowie has wins over Shelby Valley, Ridgeview, Union (2) and the win over Lebanon. Should be a good game.

Abingdon and Va High are considerably better coached than Ridgeview and GC. Talent wise I would say you are probably corrext

Virginia High is better than anyone in the M7

Abingdon beat Tazewell by 65 without Willis. With Willis it was an 11 point game. It’s obvious you are either related to Collins or just a really big fan. I’m not disputing that he’s a great player. I would take a soph EC for 2 more years over a senior Willis for sure. However, right now, Willis is a better player in my opinion.

Struggles to get his own shot because he’s running the team the whole time. He isn’t quick enough to beat smaller defenders and he can’t post them because he can’t pass it to himself. And he is nowhere close to 25 a game that’s silly.

Collins is a really good player-his biggest issue is that he struggles getting his own shot. If Central had a dynamic PG that could take Collins off the hall he would be even better. When Willis is healthy he’s as good as Lane and Worley (the other two best guards in the area)

Willis has not played in a lot of those games.

Honaker was up like 40-10 the other night at halftime…

He’s on a bad team, but Willis is better than Collins or Robinette or Garrett.
