Yeah, the passing game is basically non-existent. Impressed that Union moved the ball that well against a pretty stout Graham defense. They moved the ball pretty well, just couldn't get it into the end zone.

Graham and Union both need to clean up the bone head penalties. This game could very well end up with Union on top, if they meet again. Good luck to both teams moving forward and I would look forward to a rematch later in the season.

Same can be said about Graham. I think there was a little excitement about beating Bluefield in that first game, but Bluefield is 0-3, Tazewell is 1-2, Richlands is 1-2. Not impressive wins by any means at this point. Tonight will say a lot about both teams. We will find out if they are studs or duds.

The Booster Club paid for that trip to Colonial Heights. Taz County paid a grand total of $0 for that trip. They have been in need of Drivers for a couple of years now, they can't find people willing to work, the same as anywhere else. I think if the pay was better, they would be able to attract some more.

Just drove by Graham High School. The band was out practicing in the rain. The football team was nowhere in sight. Not a good sign.... I sure hope they were inside watching film. Tough band though.
