I’d love to see a regular season matchup between graham and EC glass.
-
Apparently he woke up with a nearly black wrist from the bruising. From what I heard, just as bad as the first one.
-
A few of Graham’s band showed up 3rd quarter last year. I’m pretty sure they will be able to make it in time today
-
I wonder how conditioning and depth match up between the two teams. I think both teams will be the most physical opponent the other has faced, to my knowledge. With Graham starters seldom playing in the fourth, I can’t 100% be certain how used they are to maintaining the physicality all game against another grueling team. I know Graham rotates on the lines a lot, and if CW doesn’t have that depth (I have no idea if they do) that could be the game deciding factor.
-
I know Graham lost several seniors last year
-
The way I see it is that if graham goes 50/50 on the line of scrimmage on both sides, they win this game. With what information I have, Central May match graham in power, but Graham has speed and a D1 athlete in the backfield. I still think a close, low scoring game, but it’s graham’s game to lose. Still a good chance of the gmen losing by committing penalties or turnovers
-
I think the formation changes could have been load management for clements, or possibly anticipating needing a change up against a bigger line next week.
-
That pass was a dime by Shockley
-
All of this makes me wish Graham played glass regular season. Would love to see the result of both at full strength
-
I think it’s nuts that there is a chance that graham wins class 2, and has a win over gw (possible class 1 champ) and half a win over glass (scrimmage possible class 4 champ.) I get that there is a lot of football left, but the fact that it’s a possibility blows my mind.
-
I could definitely see how we could look one dimensional from the outside, but we have a solid qb and receiving group. We are very capable of passing, but why pass when you can shove it down the middle for 400 yards?
-
Those sprints made a difference
-
For all concerned RV fans, Graham did in fact practice this summer
-
How has Appo’s line looked this year? I haven’t been able to see any of their games this year.
-
Someone should check the ref’s hat for rabbits…
-
Out of 192 points allowed by Ridgeview this season, 100 of those were in Mitchell stadium
-
I thought that heavy set that Graham ran was nasty against v high, but with Ty’drez in it is an entirely different beast
-
I’d recommend bringing something to sit on or wipe the seats with. Stands are still wet at Mitchell
-
Open Thursday Friday Saturday, I don’t think they are open too late though.
-
Savory flavors for some good BBQ
-
I hope the good weather brings more people to Mitchell. It’s been an awful showing by the fans for an undefeated team this season
-
I think that too many people look over Graham’s ability to adapt mid game. I think RV’s best chance is to get a lead before the D adapts and the line starts breaking down. Graham tends to wear a team down over the course of a game, especially on the lines. I think RV will jump to a 1-2 score lead early, Graham pulls back by halftime. I think Graham squeaks by in the 4th, both scores in the 20’s. (Unless either team implodes)
-
Weather channel has it at 57 and 0% chance of rain the whole game in bluefield. No wind either.
-
Alvis is also a senior on the o line
