The only ones hyping Richlands are the Richlands fans.And everyone is buying into it.They are not better than last year.The SWD is wide open, no matter what anyone says. Richlands lost a whole lot of talent, enough to make a difference. If Jennings and the new quarterback were so good they would have started last year. Grundy,Tazewell, and Graham have a good shot of winning the district as well. Plus those may be the 4 playoff teams from division 3. Whoever wins the district may not win the region if that is the case.But I know this, the only thing Richlands will be dominating this year will be the pre-season headlines.And that is fine, they are SWD champs for now.

Really who cares about football at this point. No one on this side of the state line cares right now. The football will take care of itself when the time is right.

Yes, kind of....Graham did have a lot more coming back last year than Bluefield does this year. And yes I thought we would still be good last year,but not as good as the year before. After watching the first game last year I knew it would be a long season. Graham will suprise many this year because everyone thinks that we aren't going to do crap because of last year. Do you realize that at one point or another last year we started 14 freshman or sophomores. That hasn't happened in 15 or so years. And it ended in a 25-2 record over two years with a state title. Graham will be back strong this year, count on it.

Bluefield is the only school who can lose basically lose every starter and still be better than the year before. Come on guys, this is a rebuilding year at Beaver no doubt about it. I can see Graham beating them, as well as Princeton,Grundy,maybe even James Monroe. You had a great team last year, no doubt, but that was last year. Things change, and you guys lost a lot. Maybe I am wrong here, but I don't think so.

First off, I was wrong about the age limit, so what. Secondly, a member of the Tazewell coaching staff told me about the holdbacks. That is right, one of your coaches. I don't need to make anything up, I got it straight from the horses mouth. I know a little more than you give me credit for...............It's unethical, but if that is the only way you can win, whatever.God help you guys if Graham ever starts doing that.

Hey, thanks for that information. You will be 19 in December, that means you are now ineligible to play football this year. I am almost positive that the rule is that if you turn 19 before January 1st of your senior year then you are ineligible for that school year. I'll bet you are regretting it now.........

Considering it came from the coaching staff, and the context it was meant in, I would say they were bragging.
