get a clue buddy, the catholic school is not a vhsl sanction school. the 8 semesters started her freshman year at va high. don't they teach counting in tazewell? 2 years at va high equal 4 semesters. one year grundy equal 2 semesters. 2 plus 4 equal 6 semesters. 8 semesters minus 6 equal 2 left. grundy has a letter from the vhsl with this spelled out in black and white. get over it, she will have two more semesters.

no, he has always lived in bristol. you were always for sure to see him umpiring when you played va high or abingdon. he was known as being a little bias for the home teams. anyway he has been in the business for 20 years or more.

the other ref was from bristol. steve honaker, who was in a big conflict last year. he has been known around the ref circles for 20 years. he was suppose to had hit a girl in the face with a ball, and they had filed a suit against him. he is the same guy who always showed up to umpire va high baseball. could be good, but has a bad reputation.

the school board really messed it up when they came out and said he was unfit. now with that said they must defend their statement in court. should be very interesting to watch. he was unfit to coach, but still could teach, sounds like coach b my be a wealthy man in the near future.

the sad thing about it, half of those players from vhigh would have not made all district in the swd, thus they would have not been all region.

the field is fine. it will be the same one that both teams will be using. this time last year we had over 10 inches of rain for the month of october. there was not a dry field in the area. if anything the field will be too dry this time. i do not think anyone in the swd would complain about mud, rain or snow. it is part of football. but when you have the wine and cheese league come in and play, someone always will complain about something.

if grundy wins out, they will not be sitting at home.

hate to break it to you, but bluefield is classified as a 1a in virginia. that means by virginia standards you are playing a 1a school. (twice)
