sure we could compete with the right coaching staff,just look at the players va has produced over the years.Just off the top of my head without any research,micheal vick,thomas jones and his brother,marcus vick,ronald curry,ahmad bradshaw,heath miller,mike compton,rhonde barber,tiki barber and the list is a long one.But sure we could compete and do well.By the way anyone see heath miller last night?He is going to help my steelers have another great year.And was impressed when joe theisman said he was a very smart football player.

probably my best memorie was getting my first chance in the big one and sacking the qb my very first ever high school play but it didnt last they pitched rolled and swept the other way the rest of the night needless to say we lost but i loved the games the atmosphere when you run on that field and see all those people for the first time you get an immediate rush that only lasts a short while.god i do love this sport!

Gate city will be a good team this year i expect them to go 9-1 or maybe 10-0 if they dont lose to powell valley.

yep the way some people are talikng you would think graham was the ones that lost 17 starters but thats not the case for this year and next year we will have alot of experience and i expect us to do very good.

Grahams line on defense is very fast and hit with the power of a mack truck unless you prefer freightliner.They swarm to the ball very well.On offense the passing attack was pretty good the short passes were effective and kept all teams from playing 11 men in the box.I thought we looked very good everyone got to play which is very important looking forward to the G-A-M-E GO G-MEN!

Today was a scrimmage yes.But the kids do play there hardest and bluefield has a lot of work to do yet.I personaly thought that nitro was very small compared to some of the teams bluefield will face this year.Ofcourse teams this time of year arent going to show much but nitro didnt show much ether.And they ran the ball good but if i had a hole to run through like nitros line was making i would look like the #2 runner in the state too.But the point is everyone knows what beaver lost and you cant expect much from this team this year.I heard blufield people talking that i personaly know and like saying bluefield would be lucky to win 5 games this year but i wont go there.So i'll close saying good luck to all teams stay healthy and do your best.

You are correct #2 qb 1 int nearly 2 more, 2 fumbles they couldnt stop the run and nitro is small actually i thought bluefields line matched up evenly just no experience they just need to work on the basics, first protect the ball and block, block, block!When nitros runners got in open field they couldnt catch em.

Had to leave 3rd qtr nitro all over beaver 21-0 beaver has alot of work to do but im sure they will get better.GO G-MEN

you said gc scored on every team 1st team.Sorry to tell you but gc nor ph glade scored on grahams 1st team 2nd team 3rd team 4th team or any team. I was there filmed it i should know.We gave up 2 td the entire scrimmage.If it wasnt for the 2 15 yard trash talking penaltys would have given only 1 td all afternoon.GO G-MEN
