I just got back from the convocation service today and it was unbelievable. If vthokies4life, GHS06, and any others were able to make it, I'm sure you'll back me on this. I've never been more proud to be a Hokies in my life.

Well I'm fine. I've talked to a few people from our area. I talked to Jenna Faulkner from Graham earlier and she's fine. Ashish Patel from Richlands and Phillip Brookes from Honaker are both ok. None of these people has said anything about anyone they know, so the students from our area seem to be doing fine.

This whole Imus thing has been blown completely out of proportion. He didn't do anything that bad, wrong yes, but not that bad. On CSPAN the other day some civil rights activist black man came on there and said something to the effect of 'we need to exterminate white people from the planet.' Now where in the hell is Rev. Al? I hate to say it, but Richlands will struggle more this year than in the past. They lost a lot last year and really only have one or two strong players on the team.
