Swartz had been told a few years ago by Ms. Webb that the band was not allowed to play while the ball was in play for either team. Refs have actually threatened to flag the football team if the band played during a snap. Obviously, the refs at the Richlands/Graham game didn't care, and the band could have played, but they just never have since the said incident.

Burton and Richlands have about the same chance of winning their respective state titles. But there is a huge difference between D1 and D3 football. I would take Richlands over the Raiders any day. I also think Graham and Tazewell would come out on top if they were to play you.
