The new man is coach Strong. he is from Ohio but has family who lives in Washington Co. I am suprised they hired him because of that. Maybe a new school board member can get that crew lined out at the SBO.

I saw a carney using Hugh Cookes car wash taking a bath one time. That was a hoot one carney would use the wand while the other one would take a bath. It helps cooke keep the car wash going.

I think thet guy needs a hair cut really bad. or he needs to stop being the voice of the baseball team and go back to playing that moose.

Nerves, you have played close to 20 games there should not be any nerves a this point in the season. I feel the coach is just making excuses. At this time you better have your team ready or you will be going home for the year. NO nerves in T -town or GC or even VA High.

Who is left to help the new guy? I heard 2 other coaches were going to leave and go to a winning program at PHHS.

No Bobby Jones Was the head coach Jr. was his helper. Now they are called the Cowboys E&H product Anthony Cox is the head and Dink Casey is his helper. Dink was the head coach of the B.V. Tigers back when they were winning championships.

That is why VA & Taz are going to be the top 2 teams in the region they keep playing strong compatition. Playing great makes you better.

Fatback, I think you have hit the nail on the head. The one guy people says looks like Ringo and was a war ball whiz at RMS for years. The other one was at RMS for years in the history Dept. then moved tothe RHS history Dept. He is on the road now taking the Leb shuffel all over SWVA. And back to Bloody Harlen Co KY. I just hope the powers to be at RHS at least gives these two guys a chance. The former is a big KY fan and he knows the ole KY 1-3-1 give and go , and what the other one knows has gone and went.

I say ask Vaught , Hooker or even the old coach because he did not get a principal's job. Or what abiout the QB from last year POP PAW he called plays last year. But really who has expressed interest in coaching FB at Abingdon? How about JSB did they get a new coach yet? Who has applied?
