GHS06

I played for him for two years and I'll be the first to tell you he isn't a basketball coach. He's a good guy and I liked him, but not as a basketball coach. All of his plays are either Carolina plays or plays from Coach Jones. He doesn't mold anything to his players or their skill level. He doesn't know when to substitute. He plays obvious favorites. He doesn't know when to call timeouts. He gets upset about stupid stuff. I'm worried about his health. A few years back he had to take a leave of absence because of a heart condition. What is this year doing to his heart?

What a crappy game. Officiating was terrible both ways. But Duke was definitely the better team and that was to be expected. I didn't like the whole Deron/Singler crap. Singler was being a little DOWSH the whole game, sticking his hand in Deron's face and such. But oh well, losing to Duke without arguably your best player isn't that big of a deal. But i wore the hell out of my Tie Dye. And as far as I'm concerned, any fan of UNC or Duke that lives in VA/WV without ties to the school is a bandwagon fan. Come on, if they weren't good, you wouldn't cheer for them. I don't see many Charlotte 49er fans around. But there is nothing wrong with that. I like the Atlanta Braves because they were on TV when i was little, so i consider myself somewhat of a bandwagon fan. Eh, but big deal, who else was i supposed to cheer for? The Orioles?

I'm going with Duke by 13. Better to have low expectations. But I'll be there with my kinda gay orange tie/dyed "Hokies on Fire" t-shirt.

After he fouled out, he received a technical and was EJECTED and escorted to the locker room. 2.Probably every team in the nation, but we don't remember because VT and WVU fans don't harp on the actions of say... Cut the kid a break! It wasn't a violent action! He is a young kid and he made a mistake! It should in no way be compared to Marcus Vick and Elvis Dumerville or the "face stomping." I wouldn't even call in classless, just a lack in judgement. If it would have happened in say the Syracuse/Villanova game, nothing would have been posted and it wouldn't have been a big deal.

What a fantastic article! But really it can be summed up in three words for WVU fans... GET OVER IT! Maybe WVU doesn't deserve the 4 Million. Maybe they do. I'm sure that issue will be resolved, but get off Rich Rod's back. Respect the man for what he did for your program and move on. You aren't going to make yourselves feel better by trying to convince yourself that Rich Rod is/was an [censored]. What does it matter? You won a Fiesta bowl without him, maybe you don't need him. I just got back from Miami and I'm pissed. Not only did tech blow the game, but the only three days the weather was below 75 all week were the three i was there. Anyways back to the game. As a tech fan, i saw this coming. It was a lose/lose game. If you beat Kansas, big deal, you beat Kansas, they must have been overrated. But if you lose, you suck, you were way overrated, a terrible Kansas team beat you. Oh well, lets hope we get an innovative offensive coordinator soon so we can actually utilize the two quarterback system.
