Im pulling for Abingdon. I really dont want to go all the way to CC to play the tourney. Plus if Abingdon wins our first tourney game is at Marion and not at Grundy.

I think emotion had a lot to do with this win.

Thats what one of the players told me. Idk personally.

Richlands lost on a last second shot. Its not a coin flip between RHS and CCHS to see who gets into the tourney.

Abingdon is now in sole possesion of 1st.

Wow. That was an awesome game. End of the 1st quarter the score was 8-1 Richlands. CC didnt hit a shot in the quarter. In the 2nd they had 24 points to take a 5 point halftime lead. But right before the half Mulkey got a Technical foul called on him. Mulkey then came out in teh 2nd half and did not miss a shot. The only thing that didnt go in was a free throw. He had to have been 8-8 from 3 in the 2nd half. Id like to see the stats. It was a good game though. 3 technicals called.

Ive had it for a few weeks. I went to the Dr. and they said it was the stomach flu. And it usually takes a few weeks to get it completely gone

Game starts at 7:30 tonight in a game that was supposted to be played Jan. 3rd. Any thoughts on the game?

I have talked to Stin numerous times and he has told me that they are going to red-shirt him next year. He will probably be on Special Teams the next year. And they are thinking about putting him at Rover or SS. And he is pleased with that.

True. But our Point Guard was going to the basket and either taking layups or dishing it to an open player in the corner. Most of the time he was under the basket when the ball was thrown. He did make it back a few times.

Its hard to get back on defense when your playing 5 on 4 offense. By the time Grundy got the rebound and our players turned to run back on defense the ball had already been thrown.

Hmm. What to say about this game. Ive never felt so bad leaving a court. I have the stomach flu and all that jumping and screaming really took a toll on me. Billinger cherry-picked all night. He had to have had 20 points off cherry-picking. We had a horrible night shooting. And the atmosphere wasnt what i thought it would be. Ill comment more tomorrow when im not puking my brains out.

First things first. Congrats to Mulkey. Whan an accomplishment. And as for him taking all the shots. Not even close. There has been several games this year where he has been out shot and out scored. Thats nothing unusual.
