ND HAS TOP TALLENT just didnt have a coach. charlie is one of the worse coaches ever. their third sting would have been major gets for WVU or VPI.

I remember his dad at Big creek. he looked like a bowling ball runing up the middle. or the parting of the red sea...lol. he was a beast, the team in the early 80's had mark sr at full back, went to marshall, randy jamison at half back, went to tech and played, danny abercombe at tail back, went to marshall and set several records. and Joe Wilson at QB now chief of police at blfd i think, he went to tech also on a track scholly... so 4 out of 4 backs got big time college schollys. not so bad for a small school. team went 9-1 i think before being robbed against man. scored several times but lost like 7 to 6 or something. very roudy fans that game for sure. was a 21 point better team than man was that year

Well lets talk about our last coach. he has meeechigan in his second year tied for last place in the big 10. he has 4 and 5 star players at every poss and just got blown out by wis. and if it werent for ND purdue and directional michigan teams he would be winless the only time he won at wvu was when he had #5 at qb and would have never have started him is bednarik got hurt. stew got a team that lost one of the best defences weve had in years and all but pat in our back field. and our best reciever. plus it takes a lil time for rookie coaches as well. i lived thought the 80s when we were happy to beat temple and score on state penn. and the 90s when we started getting a lil better. we have a core now. our 1 and 2 stars we are used to getting are now 3 and 4 stars. i hate our play calling as much as anyone, but maybe if we start executing a little better the play calling wont be so bad

WVU will be just fine. Stew can coach well enough and can recruit better than we ever have. i mean my Lord it was cincin for petes sake. so on a down year for us and the best year ever for them, they slip by us at their house. Big deal, who do we lose this year? A so-so QB, and a couple other guys. If we aint top 10 next year then complain and ill join you. sure we should have kicked the field goal, but if we had then UC would have played diff and we wouldnt have scored so easy on that last drive. the key is look how bright our future is. we have never had so many top players coming in.. dickrod couldnt get them. he only won for three reason, pat owen and steve. but we are getting solid now as a team and it will show in the very near future

was listening to WGTH last friday and heard them interview former richlands players that are at colleges now. what classy guys, i was so impressed with them. i have met jennings several times and he is aways the same 100% class. they represent this area with excellence. way to go guys. no matter if we were on different sides here . we are behind you guys all the way now. Calab may be the best pound per pound player in football

do you think maybe that it's that so many teams in the acc are so close to each other. going after the same players. 4 in nc two in va not that far away from nc. and then there is md just up the road. and ga tech and clemson near by. do you think that waters them down a little. the big 12 is really spread out. and the sec even more than the acc.
