  1. Thanks for the pics Lance, and I agree that if your a fan and you want to chant at opposing teams at least show a little decency. I'm all about chanting air ball or go warm up the bus our any that but come on USA, especially to a player who has lived his entire life in SWVA.
  2. 50kw You're right! But sometimes it is very frustrating to watch them post some of this crap.
  3. This is truly a fight that I shouldn't be a part of considering I have no part in either school. But blaming a loss on water is the most absurd thing I have ever heard of, take your whippin and get on with it. And always having excuses no matter what happens is just sad, because every week its the refs did this this player hit this one late and my daddy, my daddy oh my daddy. Seriously stop talking about your dad all the time, because what little respect you have after being a terrible loser is talking about about what a damn daddy's boy you are 24/7. So next time you lose how about saying well we got out played tonight, or we just weren't the better team.
  4. I would like to invite you to come check out a new messege board called Black Diamond Sports the address is Blackdiamondsports.proboards.com

  5. Great Banner, now lets bring home the state title. Go Rebels!!!
  6. No disrespect to anyone on this post, but comparing any two teams from different eras is a crazy, foolish thing to do. That's like sitting here debating whether the 85 bears defense is better than the steel curtain, or the 92 Duke Blue Devils and the 82 Tar Heels. You will never know the answer to this question because all you can do is look at the match-up and say well this player is better than this one and so on and so fourth. But you can never truly say well whose going to be able to stop who because whenever you look at it all you can do is assume what can happen. So unless we can send Hurley back in time to challenge them we will never know. So in my eyes council was the best of their era, same for TV and now its Hurley's time. And once their time is gone the torch gets passed down to the next good team. So how about we get back to discussing the upcoming season not the ones that have gone. Any ideas on who will be the biggest contenders for the region title?
  7. Shortt, If im not mistaken it was some tv valley fans discussing dinner at huddle house and pizza hut not hurley but either way how is a team meal after a big win for the rebels s%it talk.
  8. I was able to watch the rebels at this camp and they played in the upper varsity group and played very well. And the William Byrd convo shouldn't even be on here because Hurley played 5 games that day i think and William Byrd I believe had the short day of only 2 games. The Rebels where exhausted and couldn't hardly get up and down the floor. Coach Cooper also split some of his younger guys on the varsity group so there where only about 6 on each team so not much subbing was going on. So the Rebels got a lot of playing in and performed very well especially to have played that many games with so few subs. Coach Cooper gave some of the younger guys some opportunities to play with the 1st team and some I think may have a shot at some decent playing time this upcoming season. Good Luck Rebels!!!
  9. Very true but it almost always will go to the scorer and I agree that Austin is the do it all player. The only problem is that Tyler had most of his good games against district competition besides the 2 game suspension. But I think one of those 2 have the best chance to win it.
  10. Big win, mainly because they had to adjust to playing without one of their key players (Tyler Cooper). They struggled in the first half but they where able to bring everything together and pull out another big W. Good luck rebels!
