If you shut beck down then they will light you up through the air. Everyone thinks Beck is their best player but it's actually Tiquest Terry. And they have about 4 other talented receivers.
So you saying if you had a first pick you would take Terry before Beck?
All you need to know about Pulaski is they have a whole lot of speed and weapons on offense. Their running game is extremely good. Abingdon's D better be firing on all cylinders to stop Pulaski's O. If not Pulaski will win comfortably.
If Richlands keys on Beck then Tiquest Terry, Noah Ramsey, and Thomas Coffey will light them up in the secondary. Beck is not the best player on the team, but if he gets past the line of scrimmage and sees daylight then he's gonna turn on the jets and smoke everyone. As far as their qb goes, he cannot run at all but he throws bullets and when you have 3 really good receivers with an accurate qb, and a lightning fast running back you better have a special defense if you plan on holding them under 30 points.
If Beck ain't the best player please tell me who is.
I think both schools win if it ever happens....no reason to have 2 schools in this county.
Narrows people are worried their kids wouldn't get a fair shake in sports which is total BS....the Cook boys were from narrows and played at Giles and they sure weren't passed over for a Giles person
Besides Blaker has Narrows had a kid that could have played for Giles in the past 5 years? IMO don't think it would make a difference in Giles football program. As for the Gook boy's Steve wasn't a fool, them boys could have played anywhere. But I do agree they would get a fair shot cause Waterhead plays to win. I'm saying if the boy's from Narrows want to play football consolidation wouldn't work out to good for them. But I do agree 2 schools is 1 too many.

Cole is a good size kid with decent speed. Tech is talking about tight end or H back (if that's a correct position). He was 2nd team all state QB so he's no average Joe. Good talent who could easily carry another 40 to 50 lbs. Don't count this kid out just yet.
May not be from SWVA but Vic Hall was the best I've seen. One more that has not been said was Tommy Edwards played at Tech before transferring to Boise State.
Wish Richlands and Coach Mance the best of luck Saturday. Will be pulling for them in the comfort of my home, just to old for this kind of weather without a dog in the fight. GOOD LUCK
