olewave 44 Report Share Posted February 17, 2005 it would be best to let carroll county go to kingsport and over to pikeville ky and up to riverview. remember they can not cross mountains. that is why they are not in the piedmont district. they do not want to cross the mt at stuart, va. by going my proposed route they can stay on mostly 4 lane road. estimated time 9hours five minutes.
