MavsRock 21 Report Share Posted April 9, 2005 There's justsomething fundamentally wrongwith this picture when I see Pike view on James Monroe and Princeton's schedules. Now I know there's no good excuse for JM and Princeton to not to play eachother. There are alot of Maverick players that would love the chance to bust Ryan Wickline's wining mouth if those to teams play eachother in the next 3 years. In other news, we're all looking forward to the big college opener between USC and Concord U.

GMan 3,569 Report Share Posted April 9, 2005 [ QUOTE ] Has princeton ever had a good football team in AAA? honestly... [/ QUOTE ] Yeh, a couple of years ago they made it to the AAA Semis...lost to Parkersburg South...whom they had beaten during the regular season. Bluefield_Rules 46 Report Share Posted April 9, 2005 You had to know this was coming with Princeton joining the MSAC. Conference wins are going to be tough to come by and as such Princeton needed a serious cupcake on the schedule, so they'd be guaranteed at least one win. buzzsawBeaver 12 Report Share Posted April 10, 2005 princeton's had a few exceptional teams, the most recent was in '02, but their '03 team was strong early in the seasons as well. They had an exceptionaly strong team in '95 also. In my opinion they're at a disadvantage in the aaa present wv system. Not to start the 4a topic agin, although it hasn't really ever been debated on this football message board, but in my opinion there should be 4 classes in wv, with aaa going to around 1,000 students, with aaaa more than 1,000 students. Bluefield_Rules 46 Report Share Posted April 10, 2005 I agree there should be a four-class system for football in WV, but the school principals voted that idea down again about a week ago...
