well im at 170lb. defensive back at graham and i benched 235 today, i squat 425 and push press around 225 or more....thats a defensive back think of what are linemen are doing??

thats very good! i would expect,with your coaching for graham to challenge richlands for the southwest title with all those weightlifters! by the way we have a 6" 165 lb wideout that benches 300, squats 400, hang clean at 245, and push press 240! that ought to give you something to shoot for!his name is evan fisher! he also runs back punts!

well first off football has nothing to do with weights...its all about heart baby..second im a sophmore what grade is that guy in?

that seemed to be case last year,thats for sure.we will have to wait and see who is dedicated to the weight room.like ive said before if you say you can do this and do that it will show on the field come late august.but if the G-Mans right and youve been hiting the burger stands we will smell ya lol.

well... if thats the way you look at it but if someone bigger stronger and faster comes at you and knocks you on your butt where does the heart factor in??? maybe getting up and chasing the guy thats bigger stronger and faster than you only to watch him score a TD...lol but seriously my point is weightlifting is important for football

Well if that is what you think they are doing then thats your call. But I will tell you your wrong. I am a senior lineman. 6' 255. Bench Press 335 Push Press 485+ Squat 450 Hang Clean 265. I think it has nothing to do with chessburgers.

yea im wit ya bailey im a junior lineman 6'4 270 and heres the numberes bench..335..squat..450..push press..425..hang clean..245........so idk if eaten cheese burgers does that u some of these guys better lay down the steroids and take up mcdonalds
