MavsRock 21 Report Share Posted November 3, 2007 [ QUOTE ] James Monroe-Tolsia. Will James monroe avenge last years loss [/ QUOTE ] You better believe they will! We shouldn't have lost last year. This is turning in to the Bluefield-Weir rivalry of a couple of years back, it's the 3rd strait year we've had to play these guys in the playoffs. It'll be interesting to see if these guys can hang with us without B.J. Evans.

GMan 3,569 Author Report Share Posted November 3, 2007 Well, now there is some confusion as to who #16 will be. Some reports from last night had Westside losing to Sherman. Now, some have them as beating Sherman. If Westside did beat Sherman, they will be the #16 seed and have to travel to Bluefield.

Playoff games are played either on Friday night at 7:30 or Saturday afternoon at 1:30. The visiting team gets to choose which day they prefer. Guest BEAVERTAIL Report Share Posted November 5, 2007 Not now... after my freshman year (2004) it was horrible. The coverage on sports they showed werent even highlights. During basketball season highlights were of free throws usually... lol
bhs7695 185 Report Share Posted November 5, 2007 I thought they did a pretty good job with it when they started it up back in the mid 90's when I was there. I can still remember watching highlights in class of the basketball games during that '94-'95 season. Showed us storming the court after beating Woodrow and Gene Nabors trying to get out of the way! Guess they need Billy back to head it up! LOL
