Those "house flipper" shows only show you the "good side" of being a house flipper...they should also show the people who fall flat on their face and lose almost everything they have when things don't work out as planned... But if you really want to do that, I'm sure you can find plenty of dilapidated houses down Pocy way to fix up for all those people just waiting to move down there...
