The SWD is THE WORST district in basketball in the entire state...and probably would be no better than a middle of the pack Class A district in basketball. I know you're a player but this is the truth and sometimes the truth hurts... Here's a little tidbit for you to chew on...Abingdon is the best team in the SWD. They lost to Pulaski Co. of the River Ridge District by 44 earlier this season. Pulaski Co. DID NOT make the Region IV tournament out of the River Ridge. Yes, Pulaski was in the Top 10 for most of the season but so was Hidden Valley, Blacksburg was in and out, and Salem is just as good as either of these two teams, they lost close games to all three of these teams during the regular season. The SWD has very little chance of winning any game and ZERO chance of winning more than one game in the Region IV tournament. The SWD & Highlands couldn't compete with the Piedmont when they were the "big dog" on the block. Now there's a new dog in the neighborhood, the SWD is sucking hind tit...
