WhiteFlight20 10 Report Share Posted March 31, 2008 There has been a few to do it before. Both Colleys, Brad, Ryan Rasnake, and I think there were a few more from Council.
Nate1224hoops 10 Report Share Posted April 1, 2008 Not sure about the Colley's but I'm positive that Ryan wasn't POY as a sophomore, nor as a junior. He may have been as a senior. I don't think Brad was as a sophomore either but I could be wrong on that one.

Nate1224hoops 10 Report Share Posted April 3, 2008 Brett Compton wasn't either...his early years come during Jason Compton (honaker) and the Ratliff (council) later years. He was actually Co-player of the year in his senior campaign with PJ Bailey.
babyblue 10 Author Report Share Posted April 3, 2008 good knowledge there hoops.. i do remember that heath miller set out his senior year and was in the middle of all the good players from haysi and council during his fr. and soph. years. So, to me it looks like smith has done quite a feat.. Maybe someone remembers some of the hurley years when they had some major players as well as whitewood in the robinson era. hokiepanther 10 Report Share Posted April 4, 2008 dude mark robinson has to be the greatest player in the history of whitewood/garden.. i would say that if anyone from here has ever accomplished that.. it was him
izzo5 10 Report Share Posted April 7, 2008 i would have to agree with that. not sure if he was poy his Soph. year or not because he scored up around 800 some points his senior year so not sure if he got a lot of points as a soph or not
