One of the 2 will get you a state championship and the other has you being out of the playoffs within the first 2 rounds. PLAYOFFS are no match for the dawgs so bring it on. Cox, You need to shut your mouth!!! You don't play much!!! Not to mention you're giving our players a bad reputation with your trash talking and you don't even hardly step on the field except for warmups an playing JV. Talking is done on the field with how well someone plays and the record indicated if your good or not. You need to stay off this boad and learn how to play football before you talk trash. It has been said several times that Mance didnt call that play, that it was Austin Fuller that saw the opening and took it in for the scroe. Again, if Tazewell would have been playing good punt coverage then the play would have never happened. It isnt always the other teams fault. Tazwell just rolled over half way through the first, cant expect the other team to just quit playing so they dont hurt your feelings. The boys practiced hard all week and have worked thier tales off, so let them play at least a half. Since Tazewell gave up in the 2nd quarter, then its their fault for losing 61-0. Also, what other score were you talking about? The Tazewell game was the worst beating we handed out that season, or the past three seasons for that matter. We did beat Lebanon 69-6 that season, but at least they did score. So I still say the 61-0 shutout was the worst. Honestly, when you have a team like Richlands did in 2006, then you can score on every play if you want. The score could have been a lot worse than 61-0 if Mance would have wanted it to be. When you second string scores on command then you know you have a good team. In the state championship game that same fake punt call unhinged Rockbridge and took their crowd out of the game till about third quarter. You have to have somebody to prepare against to get there.
