Lebanon makes it to 6th in the state by beating up on the smaller schools. They need to schedule up and leave pound and northwood alone. Watch when they play the bigger schools. They will falter.

Problem is Lebanon is single A and they probably have more students than Tazewell.

Wrong.

With most of the Pocahontas students choosing to go to Tazewell, Tazewell's enrollment is about 100 more than Lebanon's...

The real problem is basketball in the SWD is HORRIBLE...

The SWD is bad but doesn't Lebanon have more students than like Richlands, Graham, and Grundy. Tazewell High is now the bigest school in Tazewell County and with Lebanon being almost as big why arent the double A?

Richlands has 800 students which is much more than that of Lebanon.

Because they have Class A numbers...

Tazewell, Graham, and Grundy also have Class A numbers but "play up" to Class AA...

Looks like they'll have the final vote on it in May.

That would probably be a section (one of four across the state). From what I've read most are wanting to keep the current districts in place and they've said they're considering freezing them maybe for a cycle.

There's a power point presentation and a summary of the meetings they've held, here...

From what i know if they did decide to go through with it

they would be doing away with the district formats like we know

so district winner wouldn't matter but it would be based on like your record

but some form of power points would be needed other wise all schools would be trying to book weaker ones

but all of those schools would be like the division 2 around here and thats who we all would be playing
