hokie07 11 Report Share Posted October 21, 2009 Nope, there just isn't as much talent around anymore that is willing to get on the soccer field. The best player on the team didn't touch a soccer ball until his sophomore year. It's sad to see the program like that after all the talent that has passed through there in last two decades. GMan 3,569 Report Share Posted October 22, 2009 More like districts...anywhere from four to six schools typically make up a section but the teams are not required to play during the regular season...its really only used for playoff purposes. I know that Graham, Princeton, and Bluefield "not as much" will have some major talent rolling through. The East River Raptors u10 soccer team consists of boys from those 3 areas and have won 6 tourneys in a row- 24 games in a row- not counting friendlies and other scrimmages!
