Wow, what disrepect towards Marcus Patterson

 

He fumbles the ball and recovers it, and the announcer says three times in a row "nice job senior", "nice job senior"

 

Who is the announcer?

that's what I was thinking too...

 

I haven't heard them say anything about the field. I really expect it to be terrible conditions... but the conditions don't really seem to be an issue.

Actually they were crediting him for making a wise play and just recovering the ball instead of attempting to scoop up the ball and run with it....

 

Exactly. The comment was most players would have tried picking the ball up and atoning for the mistake, which could have lead to a Sherman recovery.
