I don't see why Coeburn should be allowed in this game, they are a Division 2 team yes, but they are in a division 1 district (cumberland) So it doesnt make sense. Districts are not split by divisions, only by classes (A,AA,AAA). Take the SWD for instance...Richlands, Tazewell, Grundy, Graham, and Marion are all class AA Division 3, while Abingdon and Carroll County are Class AA Division 4. But I have seen Coeburn play a few games over the past few years and this looks like a completly different team, more motivated and running a offense that makes sense.
