I can hear it already.......boys they are the #1 rated team ...bla bla bla, they are undefeated bla bla bla , and nobody will give us a chance and so on........just like I would do if I were him ! I hope the Poquoson coach does not find these message boards as there would be tons of fotter to get his guys fired up. Best team ever, etc, etc. Theres a lot of premature stuff on here. Whether anyone realizes it or not, this board is THE place to find out about teams in SWVA. Richlands? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Anyone got any. I'm rooting for Poq but I think Richlands may have a little more than they can handle. I'm hoping I'm wrong. Richlands is a contender every year to win state & I think that gives them an edge in this one. Wish I could make this one as I know both groups travel well, should be a great atmosphere. Normally I would say other teams must keep the score down vs. Poq in order for them to have a chance to win but this week I believe its different. I think it's pretty cool also how we are about as far away from each other as you can just about be in the state of Virginia ! East coast vs western mountains, water guys vs coal miners.....lol ! We are 5 miles closer than they are. Its amazing how evenly far away we are. And arent the two teams geographicly the farthest two away from each other in AA ball? From what I understand, when they go to games, they usually have as many or more fans than the home team. If that's true, then it should be just an electric atmosphere at Williams Stadium Saturday ! Now I think I'll go back to sleep so time passes faster and Saturday will get here sooner......LOL ! I normally don't like to wish my life away, but in this instance, I think I'll make an exception......LOL ! GO BIG BLUE......We're proud of ALL of you and will be there to support you Saturday !!
