BlueTornadoFan 17 Report Share Posted October 18, 2011 http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/7118158/oakland-raiders-acquire-carson-palmer-cincinnati-bengals Do you think he is a good fit for the Raiders? Will he be better than Jason Campbell?
Ditto 10 Report Share Posted October 18, 2011 I think Palmer is the best QB they have had there in probably 10 years or so, that being said I still have quite a bit of confidence the Raiders will manage to botch the season somehow down the stretch. rebel1 35 Report Share Posted October 19, 2011 This is a great move for the Raiders. If you don't have any of the Raiders receivers on your fantasy team, I suggest you go pick one or two up.
BlueTornadoFan 17 Author Report Share Posted October 19, 2011 So I should drop Devin Hester for let's say Jacoby Ford, would this be good?

I have Moore :D This is a great move for both sides. Carson is now coming back "home". I think it will energize him, and fire him up. I look for an amazing 2nd half of the season from him. old_school_blue 247 Report Share Posted October 19, 2011 Smells like Jim Plunkett re-lived.....watch out for the Oakland Raiders. I know after this deal that Al Davis is smiling in that great Black Hole in the sky.
1inStripes 933 Report Share Posted October 19, 2011 All this move does is confirm Al Davis is still alive giving up draft picks like this for a QB in retirement.

TheChampIsHere 10 Report Share Posted October 19, 2011 yeah it would have been hard for the bengals to say no to a deal like that, two first rounders for a qb who is sitting at home on the couch???

rebel1 35 Report Share Posted October 20, 2011 I'm not a Raiders fan or anything, but wait till Palmer leads them on a deep playoff run, then it'll all be worth it.
