EHC87 60 Report Share Posted September 21, 2016 I watched the Blacksburg video and their announcers are having the same issues that many others have with the silver numbered Abingdon uniform. The number/font is really hard to read. In fact, during an earlier game this year, there was an injured Abingdon player that several of us in the stands tried to identify. Depending on the angle, it appeared that the number could be seen as about 4 or 5 different numbers. Up close, those uniforms look great but it really is difficult to know who made the play in many instances. I thought the quality of the video was good though. Enjoyed watching the replay of two pretty good squads. Blacksburg has some good athletes. The Terry kid is very elusive and Colton Beck is the defending 3A 100 meter champion if I'm not mistaken. Their sophomore quarterback is also solid. I think all those players would look good in an Emory uniform some day!! :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
