sixcat 2,919 Report Share Posted August 31, 2018 Very nice job! Thanks for the shout-out concerning Carroll. They are in a difficult situation. Hillsville is very difficult to get to from certain areas of the county. Especially those areas around Fancy Gap and across the New River. Travel across the New River to get to Hillsville requires going away from Hillsville for several miles, crossing the river and doubling back.
